Taskbar Executive is a neat utility that creates a better taskbar.
It provides a program launch menu that allows you to organize programs into groups and launch them individually or simultaneously.
When you run programs, the corresponding group buttons appear on the taskbar, and clicking them brings up menus that list every open window.
This minimizes clutter (you won't find yourself digging through a dozen tiny taskbar icons), provides a handy alternative to the Start menu for launching programs, and gives you a quick way to minimize or close multiple programs.

If you need to split a large file for floppy backup, or as
portions for email attachments, try FileChopper32 (v2.0) for
